What’s happening in other departments

Claims Department wrap-up event

In November last year, after going through a very intense restructuring process, the Claims Management team hosted a teambuilding session, which was an opportunity for the team to regroup. The theme for the teambuilding was Rebirth, and teams participated in activities that promoted creativity and problem-solving skills.

On Day 1 presentations from the newly appointed Team Leaders were made to the group incorporating the theme of Rebirth and what it means for Claims and the business. The atmosphere was positive, and the presenters were encouraged by their colleagues.

Day 2 activities continued with the group participating in a painting workshop, where the teams created a masterpiece of art that was inspired by Claims Optimisation.

At the end of the team building session, the message from Ernest Hadzhi, GM of Operations was for the team to keep the momentum going to achieve the milestones set for 2020.
