YEAR OF COMPLIANCE - 2020

As part of a process to “Institutionalise” Ethics in our organisation, and make Ethics a part of our daily norms at work, we will be launching a series of short training videos on our learning platform, that will help us build a culture of ethical behaviour within the business.

We encourage you to participate and help protect RMA against the risk of unethical or fraudulent conduct.

These courses will equip you with the knowledge of how businesses should operate in accordance with the principles of free enterprise, to observe the law and the generally accepted principles governing ethical behaviour in businesses. It will also increase awareness of key ethical issues and guide individuals to make the right decisions based on ethical principles.
