1. At RMA we are about people. We cannot be successful without creating and maintaining trust among our stakeholders”. Where do I fit in this?
   Creating and maintain trust among our stakeholder lies in how we work with our stakeholder and how well do we keep the communication going.
   I fit in the above statement by being honest in everything I do, treating my fellow employees or/and any other person with dignity and outmost respect and working well with my fellow team members.


2. How your Job title have positively impacted on fellow employee’s life?
   As an Intern my main goal was to learn as much as possible for my own career growth, learning as an intern is not the same a class or school learning, it’s in job learning. My job title impacted positively on my fellow employees as I have lifted some of their workload out of their shoulders as part of in-job learning.


3. Tell us about your favourite RMA team experience?
   RMA values include sharing knowledge and working as a team, the team experience that I had or have is being taught new things on daily basis by my fellow team members.
   Working in a team that encourage participation is the best experience any person entering the working field must get.


4. My career growth experience with RMA.
   I came to RMA as a graduate, RMA gave me the important workplace experience.

5. What makes me get up in the morning and come to RMA
   Learning. As am still new in the workplace learning is what makes me get up in the morning. Knowing that every day I get the opportunity to learn new things that will help me advance in the future.


6. Why did I choose RMA
   RMA is one of the company that are leaders in introducing and working new technologies, as an IT person I always had a wish to work in companies that pride themselves in producing or working with latest technologies.

   There are lot of traits needed to fit into the culture of RMA.

   Being RMAin is a benefits on its own, being associated with RMA is a great benefits that will remain in my professional career growth. My favourite perk is constant training that is being provided to us as intern for our own career development.
