1. From my personal experience, since I’ve joined RMA, the staff that I interacted with made me feel welcomed and at home. I’ve been in engagement with external stakeholders (pensioners) assisting pension’s department and the care towards pensioners that RMA staff shows to them is second to none. They do all they care to ensure that the pensioners are taken care of and that made me to ensure that whenever I am asked to assist I apply the same values of caring and compassionate towards our stakeholders.


2. As a Risk Analyst Intern, I believe that I have been adding value to RMA especially in my department. I always try by all means to ensure that I assist my colleagues in my department. I’ve had positive impact in some of RMA’s staff, I am sometimes asked to assist with Tsonga speaking stakeholders and I always find time to assist and make sure that any issue is resolved.


3. My favourite experience is the way our CEO treats staff. Whenever you meet him, he greets you with a genuine smile irrespective of whether you are a junior or senior staff member.


4. Since I have joined RMA I have grown as a Risk Analyst. I came here without any Risk Management experience but with the guidance and mentoring from my manager I have acquired a lot of skills in the ten months I have been here. I now have a better understanding of Risk Management and continuing developing in this field. I have attended few external trainings and seminars paid by RMA and they have assisted in my development.

5. As a Risk Analyst at RMA, my responsibilities include but not limited to risk assessment (which involves analysing risks as well as identifying, describing and estimating the risks affecting the business), providing support and training to staff to build risk awareness within RMA, and reviewing of policies.


6. One thing that stands out for that makes me to recommend RMA is their support to the staff professional development. They provide best employees benefits. I chose RMA because I believe in their values e.g. Treating others with dignity and respect, our CEO is the advocate of these value. I’ve never seen anyone at his level treat people the way he does, it’s amazing.


7. Be caring, respectful and have a will to help others. Most RMA staff are willing to share information to assist in your growth whenever you asked. In my experienced, I have enjoyed the benefits of getting all the knowledge from different stakeholders as requested.


8. My favourite RMA benefit is the opportunity that they provide employees to continue professional development internal and external trainings. Since I joined RMA, my life has improved significantly as a result of the benefits that I receive as an intern.


9. I am not exposed to this technology but being part of company like RMA is a privilege. I would like to be a continuing contributing member of its success in the future.
