Administer IOD claims on our website portal

When you register on the website portal, you get these benefits:

  • Easily search a claim number, to confirm that the claim has been reported to RMA.
  • Confirm a liability decision on a claim i.e. has RMA accepted medical liability for the claim?
  • View the status of your medical invoice. You will be able to see if it has been captured, validated, allocated, if payment has been requested or if it has been paid.
  • Draw a report on Paid/Pended/Rejected invoices, to assist you with the reconciling of your invoices and allow you to take corrective action on pended or rejected invoices.
  • Capture a medical report directly to the system, reducing delays.

Steps for registration:

  1. Register here.
  2. Complete the online registration form and click “Register” once completed
  3. RMA’s system will automatically email a username and password to your registered email address
  4. Once you have received the email specified in step 3, you will now have access.
