All RMA staff will be attending a company function from Monday 28th February to Tuesday 1st March (both days included) and as such will be out of the office.

We have made provision for skeleton staff to be available to assist you with urgent and emergency requests that cannot wait. For all other queries, we will be back in office on Wednesday; and we will assist you as soon as we return.

Please bear with us as wait times may be longer while we only have skeleton staff available.

We encourage the use of our dedicated self-service portals to assist with claims registrations and updates, invoice updates as well as online authorization. During this time, the portals will remain active, access the self-service portals here.
