As a reminder, Healthcare Providers are required to provide the precise injury/disease ICD-10 code for the associated treatment or service rendered to ensure invoices or treatment reimbursements are assessed and correctly paid. Invoice payment for medical treatment and services will be limited to work related injury and disease conditions that are indicated on the medical report/medical reports.
